Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date. Delays may occur during peak seasons, customs inspection, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.
Tracking Every order includes a tracking number. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier first. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier.
